This website ("Color Who You Are", part of The I AM Collection) is run by Tara Burd. When you use it or buy from it, you are agreeing with Tara Burd to these terms. If you keep using the site, you accept them.

What you get

Online coloring books for children. Buying one book ($2.99) or a bundle of any 3 books ($6.99) opens those books for coloring for 48 hours from payment. After that the pages lock again; pictures your child already finished stay saved on your device. Purchases must be made by an adult (18+).

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Please give accurate information.

Fair use

• Don't use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or spammy.
• Don't copy, resell or redistribute the coloring pages or artwork, or infringe our intellectual property.
• Don't try to break or probe security, upload malware, scrape the site, or get around the 48-hour lock.

Ownership

Tara Burd owns the site, artwork, books, software and branding. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to color the pages you bought for private, non-commercial use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Service

We work hard to keep the site running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law says it can't.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, chargebacks, or security or fraud risk. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the books it opened lock again.
